ISML Prelims Rd 4 Sneak Info

ISML will not have Characters from the same series in the same group this coming round. Our source, referred to as "Random God," has said it was a tricky situation. "We had to make sure there were no '3 in a row' and tried to minimize other factors. In the end, we were fortunate to make this as much as a non-split vote groups as possible."

ISML will announce Groupings for Round 4 at 0000GMT (7:00 P.M. EST). As always, Moe Tournament Ratings will announce the groups here.
